Delivery Policy
(Effective from 11/05/2022)
I. Scope of Application
All orders that require home delivery and/or installation, whether placed online (via JYSK.vn website, phone, fanpage, etc.) or directly at our showrooms.
II. Delivery Time
The delivery policy applies during business hours or within permitted truck operation hours from Monday to Saturday (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
For orders with products requiring installation, we deliver the goods first and arrange technicians to install later.
Standard orders delivered in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, and Da Nang: completed within 03 working days. Orders to other areas nationwide: completed within 09 working days. During promotional programs: completed within 05 working days or as otherwise notified.
III. Delivery & Installation Fee Table
The delivery fee includes transportation and labor for delivery and installation (if any, VAT included). Installation applies to furniture groups only (excluding lighting and other product groups).
Orders are packaged and converted to weight by the formula: kg = L × W × H / 5000.
Orders under 5,000,000 VND with converted weight < 10 kg or total of three dimensions ≤ 180 cm:

Orders under 5,000,000 VND with converted weight > 10 kg or total of three dimensions > 180 cm:
– Shipping fee: 55,000 VND for the first 04 km; each additional km: 15,000 VND/km.
– Installation fee: 35,000 VND/product or 70,000 VND/product depending on the type.
Orders from 5,000,000 VND and above:
– Free shipping within 15 km. From the 16th km: 15,000 VND/km (excluding transfer fees for truck-restricted areas, except Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, and Da Nang).
– Free delivery & installation labor within 30 km. From the 31st km: 275,000 VND/worker/day or 550,000 VND/worker/day if overnight stay is required (not including round-trip inter-provincial freight and local transport at destination; local transport is 15,000 VND/km from bus station/ferry terminal/airport to delivery area). The number of workers depends on actual goods and will be informed before order confirmation.
Scheduled delivery upon customer request (Applicable only in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang).
Additional shipping fees apply in the following cases:
– Express delivery after order confirmation; delivery outside business hours or as specified by the customer; delivery on Sundays or public holidays.
Specific fee schedule: For orders with each dimension (L/W/H) under 60 cm: express, Sunday and holiday deliveries follow the fee schedule of Grab or third-party carriers. Delivery at customer-specified hours: free if the customer agrees to an additional 01 working day; otherwise, the same fees apply. For bulky orders with any dimension over 60 cm, the delivery fee will be based on actual volume or weight, detailed before order confirmation. Other surcharges (warehousing, dismantling, hard-to-access locations such as high floors without elevator, crane requirement, or site not meeting delivery conditions, etc.) will be specifically informed. For deliveries to other locations, specific fees will be notified.
IV. Other Conditions
For third-party deliveries, please check goods before signing. You may refuse if goods are damaged during transport.
For non-installation orders and deliveries to apartment/high-rise buildings, we deliver to the ground floor only.
If changing delivery address, customer pays the fee per company policy. Any change of delivery time must be notified at least 24h in advance (urban) or 48h (over 30 km).
After 2 failed delivery attempts, additional delivery fees will be charged for subsequent attempts.
Delivery delays may occur due to force majeure (bad weather, natural disasters, traffic, road restrictions, holidays, special events, etc.). We will contact you to adjust the delivery time accordingly.
If payment is insufficient after delivery, the company will keep the goods and the customer will pay the return shipping fee to the showroom.
Staff will only install when the site is ready and will not perform work outside of installation tasks. No charges other than those notified by the sales department will be collected.
Please check and sign for handover to avoid unnecessary risks. If installation is not supervised by the customer, the company is not responsible for other assets on site.
