DELIVERY POLICY

(Applied from 11/05/2022)

I. The Scope of Policy

All orders are requested for home furnishing assembly or delivery from online or in stores will be under our delivery time policy.

II. The Delivery Time

•  The delivery time is from Monday to Saturday on working hours or under the hours-of-service rules for trucks (except to Sunday and holiday time).
•  For home furnishing assembly order, our service man could deliver goods to your home first and our assembly man would complete order then.
• Delivery time to Hanoi, Hochiminh city and Danang city is within 03 working days and other areas is within 09 working days.
• Orders in promotion time are completed within 05 days of working and will be informed you for more details.

III. The Delivery Charge

•  The delivery charge includes transportation cost and labor cost to hand over the orders (included VAT, if any).
•  The assembly is applied for furniture only, not for lamps and other products.
• The delivery charge based on G.W. Of note, G.W is converted from dimensions of packages as LxWxH/5000
• The order with amount value under VND 5,000,000 and G.W under 10 kg and total dimension under 180cm.

 * The order with amount value under VND 5,000,000 and G.W over 10kg and total dimension over 180cm:
- The delivery charge is VND 55,000 for 04 first KM.  Form KM 15 and far, it charges VND 15,000 per KM. 
- The assembly fee for order with value under VND 5,000,000 is VND 35,000 or VND 70,000 per items.

* Order value from VND 5,000,000 and far: 
- Free shipping is applied within a radius of 15KM from the place of purchasing. From KM 16 and far, it charges VND 15,000 per KM. All above charges is not included the transit fee to your urban or city if our truck cannot access your place (except to Hanoi, Hochiminh and Danang).
- Free labor cost for delivery and assembly is within 30KM.  From KM 31 and far, it charges VND 275,000 per one person and one day or VND 550,000 per one person and one day if time to complete is more than one day. This surcharge is not included the 2-way transportation fee at the delivery location. The internal transportation fee is subject to 15,000 VND per KM and calculated from the intercity bus station or ferry terminal or airport to final destination. You will be informed about how many labors based on order volume before proceeding. 

¤ The delivery time as your requests (applied to Hanoi, Hochiminh and Danang only).
* Applied for cases: 
- Fast delivery out of our policy.
- Delivery as your time appoints or after working time. 
- Delivery on Sunday or Holiday. 
* Surcharge:
- Apply to dimension (L/W/H) under 60cm:
Fast delivery Fee will be similar or under the charge table of third-party service. 
Fee for your time appoints: Free charge if you agree to add one working day more. Otherwise, please accept to be charged as the fast delivery fee.
- For bulky volume with dimension of over 60cm, the delivery will be calculated on the G.W and informed to you before proceeding. 
¤ Other surcharge such as storage fee, dismantling fee or extra delivery fee or changing delivery address as your requests are subject to be charged.
¤ All the above surcharge will be informed you in specified case. 

IV. Other Conditions

•  Please check goods carefully before signing the handover minutes. You can refuse to receive goods if you find any damage from delivery. Please contact with our customer service for more support.  
•  Goods to be delivered at the gate of your building for order with delivery only.
• The surcharge for changing address will be subject to our policy for any your late notice.
• For any change of time and address of delivery, you are requested to inform us before delivering at least 24 hours in urban area and at least 48 hours for the distance of 30KM and far from store to your place.
• If you are not available to contact for delivery, a message will be sent to you and you are in charge to pay an extra cost for delivery after 2 times of delivery failed.
• A delay on delivery will come due to force majeure conditions like bad weather, natural disasters, traffic conditions or special events, so that you will be informed and adjusted the delivery time.
• If you are not to pay the balance right after delivery, we will recall goods with value of late payment and the delivery cost of returning goods is charged by you.
• The ground or floor needs to be in good condition to assemble goods. Our staff is not allowed to perform other work apart from relating order.
• Our delivery staff is not allowed to get any fee a part from collecting the remains of value on invoice.
• You should check and sign on delivery note to avoid any unnecessary case. Objectively, it is a best way to assemble furniture and be controlled by you. If you don’t arrange time for receiving goods, please inform us soon. We can offer a most suitable time for you. On other hand, we are not responsible to any claims from you if you don’t request for assembling with your presence.

In case, order is out of warranty period and be requested for a check and repairing furniture, we could calculate a surcharge for repairing before proceeding your request.
